We are experiencing some problems receiving emails with attachments. It seems like anyting over 1mb takes a day or two to come through to our system. If I send an email without an attachement, the email will come through almost instantly.

We are using TrendMicro ScanMail for Exchange and we do block certain types of attachments. However, these are only .pdf files and I completely turned off attachment blocking just to see if we experience the same problem which we did.

Any tips in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott

Make sure your real-time antivirus software is excluding the proper directories in Exchange.

I have the exact issue. This began sometime around Thanksgiving. I'm not running virus software on the Exchange server. Anyone know what else could be causing this?

Hey Keithmyers, did you figure this out? We are experienceing the exact same problem.

TweakMYbox - can you elaborate on which directories in Exchange that should be excluded?

Thanks! - Scott
