Hi, I was wondering if the following scenario was possible.
An e-mail is sent out to 2 recipients. One is an internal email address and the other is external. The email gets delivered to the internal address immediately but the e-mail to the external recipient is delayed for 5 minutes (with the option of cancelling altogther if it was sent by mistake).
Hopefully from the Exchange end rather than an Outlook rule.
Thanks
John
