We have upgraded to GroupWise 6.5 and now the Delay Delivery feature under Send Options is greyed out and not available to select. Any suggestions? Thank you
It sounds like the "Delay Delivery" option in the Global settings has been locked. This can be done at either the Dpmain or PO level. This option is located in ConsoleOne under GroupWise Utilities/Client Options/Send screen. If locked it will be greyed out to a user on the GW Client.
