Delay connecting call

I'm running Call Manager 3.3 and have two phones that are experiencing intermittent delays when answering calls. Reports up to 30 seconds of dead air before the calls connect. Anybody seen this before? I've replaced the phones themselves and checked network switch duplex settings and all seems ok (set to auto/auto). Any ideas would be appreciated.

Seen the same scenario with one of my remote sites. I chalked it up to the fact that they were on the end of a VPN tunnel travelling over the internet and you get what you pay for. I would like a resolution to this problem as well if anyone has any ideas.

Are these phones on there own vlan? Ie only phones on the vlan having problem? What model of phone? I have seem similiar problems resolved with firmware upgrade. Sometimes broadcasts on a net segment can cause this problem
