Have a customer that has pri with one qcc operator. They want delay call handling after 4 rings to go to auto attendant. I have built a mfm station 7300 and assigned the pri pool to it, pool 70. I have set the pool for delay ring and built ext with auto attendant class of service 15 within the merlin mail. Can only get night service to work by building night service group and assigning 7300 to it. Press night service calls go to auto attendant but when turn night service off calls ring no answer at qcc operator. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Well, usually PRI points to EXTENSIONS, not lines.

So, how is your PRI set up?

Can you print & post?

Will look into this, however, Your PRI incoming routing is NOT.

That is, it is not set up to do anything.

What digits are you receiving?

What is your Dial Plan (123, 1234, ???)

Am I correct in assuming that all calls come to the OPERATOR, with the display showing:

COVER DID # ?

It may not necessarily be that way, but I see no routes set up here.

(Of course, some set ups can work like this, but as you try to do the routing you are talking about, changes will need to be made.)

Let us know.......

The co is telling me they are sending 4 digits, digits being 1266. My dial plan is 3 digit and yes on the operator's display it does say cover did#?

Take a look at this thread, and my last few answers.

Thanks for the responce merlinman. I have not been able to go to the site to try this. So if I am following this right, if I build a dial plan routing table say 1. For expected digits enter 4. Pattern to match(1266) which is the digits being sent. Digits to delete 4. Then enter 7300 under digits to add with 7300 being the auto attendant extension that I have set up in the merlin mail.

Should have asked in last reply. If this will work and I do change this will this have any affect on my QCC operator receiving incoming calls before being routed to 7300. Thanks again!

Well, let me ask this one simple question:

Why do you have a QCC?
