Here's my scenario:
Customer wants calls to exts. to be forwarded to an outside number if they are not answered in x amount of rings. I can accomplish this using the DCF setting.
What I don't know is this: Using a system phone, if that user is currently on a call and a second call comes in and they do not answer that second call, will it still follow the DCF setting and be forwarded offsite?
