delay between AA greetings

Hi there,
System ICP 3300 ver. 4.1
I configured an auto attendant where I used WAV files for the greetings. I noticed a delay of 3-4 seconds between the bilingual welcome greeting and the business open greeting (it is too long).
Is there a way to reduce this delay (is it something I did wrong or something built-in the system)?

Assuming this is Embedded mail (please provide all necessary detail next time)

How do you define the difference between:

the bilingual welcome greeting
and
the business open greeting

if separate, where are these recordings allocated?
