I have chopped up an SCN into 3 smaller SCN's with central voicemail within each SCN. All is going well accept one site has about a 4 to 6 second delay before they hear "welcome to IP Office" when they press the message button on their 5410/5420 sets. Only one site has the issue. I have checked the dial plan, shortcodes, and line ID for conflicts but found nothing. All sites (12 in total)are running the same software load (4.1.15) and the matching voicemail releases (4.1.42 i think). I will upgrade when I get everything else under control. Any advice would be appreciated.
