I hope I can get some help with this. I've searched the forum, but not found a thread that could help.
I have three tasks that are dependant of each other. Task 2 depends on 1 and 3 depends on 2. And I have three resources working on all three tasks ie all three work on one task, then all three on the next and so on.
The thing is that two of the resources will be delayed for task 1, thus affecting it's finishing date and thus affecting the other two tasks. But when I enter this into project in only pushes their work later.
What I want to do is get the program to recalculate and redistribute time between the resources and I've not been able to do this. The amount of work for the entire task is the same, but the amount of work that each resource has to put into the task is not constant.
Is there an easy way to do this or is the only option for me to do it by hand?
