on two separate Avaya Message Store installs, we are experiencing about a 10 minute delay after we reset a password for it to go in effect. Anybody know how to correct this?
Are you using Mailbox Manager to reset the password or are you connecting to the MSS to reset the password? I'm still thinking that 10 minutes is an excessive amount of time if you are doing it from the MSS. How many mailboxes are on your system? You can check the Event Viewer in the MAS to see the FEDB updates and you can also check in the MSS logs to see if there are any errors that need to be investigated.
