816 and TVS50 work well--The AA answers appropriately and the customized prompts all do their job well. BUT
1) The client hates the 2-3 second pauses in the sequence of AA prompts that comprise the AA greeting; I don't believe there is a fix for this. Right?
2) The client wants the system to ring (at all phones) for, say, 3-4 rings, before AA picks up. Any way?
On other systems, there is a setting for AA line rings and lines may even have independent ring settings.
What am I missing on this 816/TVS setup?
