delagating exchange permissions to help desk

Hello,

Here is the situation. We need our help desk to only view the status of the the servers availability in exchnage manager and nothing else. We gave them view only permissions at the org level and the administrative group but when they go to look at status of servers they show as critical. What are we missing?
