HOW TO DEINSTALL A ORACLE 10GR2....
I DELETED ALL FILES RELATED TO ORACLE DATABASE.
BUT SOME DLL FILES ARE NOT DELETED IT SHOWS A ACCESS DENIED

Windows? Do you have admin rights to the server? Maybe these are shared dlls?

I want to be good, is that not enough?

You needed to use the Oracle Universal Installer (setup.exe) to remove/de-install Oracle.

There may be some Oracle services still executing, stop those and try again.

Also, just removing the files does not remove the registry entries. [thumbsdown]

Bad boy...bad boy...SIT!
