Degraded ports status for hosts with V7000

Guys

I am facing an issue with hosts connected to V7000. Although mapped volume is currently accessible from host however when i go to check detailed properties for hosts, FC ports for hosts is showing in degraded status ( though nodes being shown logged in)...

Another confusion is about zoning !! We have defined like that

Switch-1 Zone-1 Server_HBA1, V7000_node1_p0
zone-2 Server_HBA1,V7000_node1_p1
Switch-2 Zone-1 Server_HBA2, V7000_node2_p0
Zone-2 Server_HBA2,V7000_node2_p1

Please advice what to be changed on zoning side for v7000?
