hi,
please inform me how to install defragmenter into NT. Rightnow it has not been installed. Will the defragmenter come automatically with NT software or I should buy/download it? If available in NT Software, how to install it seperately?

You need to purchase seperate Defrag SW. Only Win2K and higher come with built-in (basic) Defrag SW. Try diskeeper.

We use Disk Keeper and it seems to do a very good job.

I just installed Diskeeper 7 over the weekend and it works just great. My problem was so bad Diskeeper Lite couldn't do it. Just make sure you have Service Pak 3 or greater installed. I didn't [operating on the theory if it isn't broken, don't fix it]so I downloaded SP6 first. So far, no problems.
