Hi folks. Following on from Kalidaaa's thread about high I/O problems, has anyone used defragfs to assist with resolving such issues? I'd be interested in any case histories and whether it's safe to run whilst an Oracle database is up and running (though I tend towards the belt and braces of shutting Oracle databases down whilst the defragfs takes place).
