Defrag Research

Hello all,
I'm doing a bit of research and I would like to know people's opinion of Winternal's Defrag manager 2.5 and Executive Software's Diskkeeper 8. Opinions good and bad are welcome.
Also, I am going to be running some tests and I would like to know the best way to test my I/O performance before and after defragging so I have some quantitative results to give to my supervisor. Any suggestions?
Any suggestions and or help is appreciated,

Used to run diskeeper but now we run Winternals and it is great. Diskeeper is still nice but not quite as good as Winternals
