Defrag Raid1configuration

I am using Asus motherboard Raid1-mirroring for my win2k server domain controller.
Can I defrag the drive using the microsoft defrag utility.
Is almost a year without defragmentation and fear this can reduce performance

I have with no problems..

I assume you have a good backup?
