I have countless times heard on the radio the phrase, "Save up to 50% off!" But that is nonsensical. I can either save up to 50% on something or I can receive up to 50% off the price of it, but combining the two doesn't make any sense.
What deformed or otherwise ugly expressions do you encounter in semi-official locations such as newspaper, radio, signs, flyers, brochures, and the like?
