Hi everyone.

I have a MD110 with bc10.

Using personal numbers the second position is a mobile number, but when the user receive the call on his mobile the number shown is the office one not the caller one. I show you an exemple.

generic extension 1091
mobile extension 21091
external calles 932271000

when the 932271000 calls 1091 and the personal number deflect to second position (21091) the phone number shown on the mobile is 1091 not 932271000.

Do you know how to fix it?

Thanks in advance for you help.

You probably have to use the [/b]Origional A-number[/b] feature to create this. It's a separate license introduces in one of the service packs for BC10.

It could also be that the public network doesn't allow other A-numbers than the customers own to be send to the network. It has something to do with privacy as it would be possible to send someone others A-number to the network when making a call.
