Definity. Station 1000 is a DID 888 number and it is being sent to station 2000. How do I get in the programming of station 1000 to change the forwarding to station 3000 instead of 2000. *3 and #3 are my FAC for send all calls. I believe this is what I will use. I don't know how to get into the programming of a virtual station like station 1000 DID. I do have access to ASA if that helps. Thank you very much for your help.

If 1000 is a virtual extension, take a look at it's coverage path (disp sta 1000). The change coverage path x, and change point 1 from 2000 to 3000.

When I say virtual extension, I mean that it is not attached to a physical phone. It is listed as a station in the ASA. I looked in the coverage and List Coverage Path in the ASA and did not find station 1000 in there nor 2000 or 3000 in any of the settings. Thank you very much for your reply.
