Hello All,
Bellow is my scenerio:
Caller calls into (NPA) NXX - xxxx and reaches the Auto Attendant.
Caller chooses an option that directs them to an end user.
When the end user answers there is a brief momment when the call is distorted. The callee sounds very faint and then in a split moment the quality is increased to normal. You have a quiet and then LOUD affect.
Here's what I noticied while completing a trace.
The call comes in on TN (NPA) NXX - xxxx that TN is then directed to the AA.
The trunk group x and member x info remains the same during the routing of the call from the TN to the AA.
The Choice is made in the AA and is then directed back to the end user that answers the call at extension xxxxx.
when the call comes back to extension it comes in on trunk group x member x but then instantly switches to trunk group x member y. During this instant switch of the member ID is when you notice the audio distortion.
Has anyone ran into a similiar situation or have any thoughts on what can be checked to remedy this situation?
Thanks,
Luke
