Definity to Magix Caller ID Name

I have a Definity R11 connected to a Merlin Magix 2.2 via a pri that is working fine as far as calls back and forth. the issue that i am having when a internal caller on the Definity calls the magix on the number is coming across. When a call to the definity is made from the magix both the name and number are sent. I have made sure that the definity is sending the name as i can see it in the trace of the trunk group.

I have tried the caller ID name button but it is still not working. Any thoughts or Ideas would be helpful

I have posted the magix reports that I pulled. i can get any info that is needed from the definity. I would really like to get the Name to show up on the magix.

You might want to check the Network Reference document for the Legend/Magix for specifics. On a PSTN PRI all you get is the number, no name! Avaya never finished the software for PRI on the Legend/Magix. As far as networking see the document, I don't have it at hand at the moment. If you don't have it, download it from support.avaya.com. Everything tie/tandem/network is covered in the Network Reference.

Yup... No name via PRI on the magix, Only on Loop start lines.

i thought i remembered other people stating that on a tandem trunk with a definity you would get name and number. This is not to the PSTN but a definity. maybe i am wrong though.
