Definity Site Administration and Nimda

Well, nimda got loose on our network while I was vacationing (of cource..) and it nailed the exe (dsa.exe) for the Definity Site Administration program. Unfortunatly, the original setup CD disapeared with the person who originally set up the switch. Does anyone know where I can get the CD, or a zip of the dsa.exe? I fear lucent will make me buy another copy.
