I have an 8500 with an Intuity in the main location. On this site the Attendant can do start 19 and send a call to the voice mail of someone who is covered by the attendant and has a mail box.

this switch is tied to 5 other sites and I have a request from one site to do the same thing but they say it does not work.

any Ideas.

It sounds like they are using the " transfer to voicemail" feature access codes. Look on (around) the 4th page of the "display feature". This will pull up the feature access codes for you. Then you can set it up like the attendent you have that is working.
