Definity R6 / DCS+ and Caller ID

Hello,

I have two remote Definity G3VS R6 PBX's linked to a main site with ISDN PRI T1 service.(DCS+) The main site is a G3si R6 with ISDN trunks to Verizon.

I can't get caller ID to work outbound from the remote sites. Inbound caller ID to the remote sites is ok. Outbound and inbound caller ID is ok from the main site.

We've been beating this job for the last month trying to make this work.

Any Ideas?

Have you configured the ISDN Public-Unknoown tables in both switches? There are settings in the Systems Features forms for ISDN tandem calls.

Thanks for you reply. Yes, we have setup the public-unknown tables in both switches, but I need to check on the ISDN tandem settings.
