I have 4 digit extensions. I was asked if I could make a 6 digit extension so users could input pchelp on their phones to ring a help desk. I have no idea if this can work or anyway to make it work. If I go to ch dial plan using digit 7, in the 6th spot I cant put in ext but I can put in pext. I dont know what that is. I think their is another form to go to that controls the extension length but I cant find it. This is the only 6 digit extension they will use. I suggesting just use a 4 digit. Thanks for any help.
