Have the default craft passwords changed since R6 software? I am trying to connect to a Prologix with R9 that should be default. The craft passwords I have used in the past don't seem to work. Any ideas?

If the system was under a avaya maint plan, they changed them on a regular basis. It will not be what you had on a r6.
