Definity inbound caller id - new PRI

Customer just changed carriers. New PRI. All is working.
On incoming calls they are now getting name and telephone number, but display is filled with caller's name. If they have the choice, they would rather just see the caller's telephone number.
Is there a way to see all of the information, name and telephone number, or if not, just display the telephone number?

Sounds like a service provider issue
 
Your line provider can deny the name and just send the calling number only
