Definity G3V6 - PI Link Errors

I am working on Definity G3V6 which has a duplicated common control.

I am getting PI Link errors (a number of them). Can someone tell me what I can do to clear these errors?

what link has errors and what is it programmed to be used for?

see if link and proc channel are up:
status link x
status proc xx

Most common would be cms, audix, dcs links.

This error is coming from their CMS system. Now this makes sense as their CMS system went down because they reached more then 96% capacity on space. Can you work with a CMS system. We are looking for someone to help clear the problem with the CMS and get the CMS back up and running.

Any ideas?

How far back are you keep you records on the CMS?

I am not sure how far back they are keeping them but I do know that the historical data is not important to them at this point.
