Hello

I have several new agents & new hunt groups - agents do not login using a login id, agents normally hit the login button and the hunt grp #. A select few agents working on callmaster IV's and one on a callmaster III cannot login (either using login button, or fac for login) when they hit the login button which normally opens a line, nothing happens and when the hunt grp # is entered, they receive the ambulance sounds.

I've checked CORs and every other thing I could think of..any ideas?

yes, and it seems we are well under any limits on everything

Check your hunt groups and make sure those members are trying to log into the right group. You may also want to remotely log their sets into aux-work, then let them try their auto-in buttons.

I did check all hunt groups and those trying to log on are correct, but it seems to be the login process itself - the login buttons dont appear to work, and neither does using the login fac. I'm not sure I know how to remotely log them in though. I've compared those that are successful with those that are not and there are zero differences. I'm now going to check ports to see if that has any sort of impact.

You still need an agent ID to be entered even if you don't use EAS. Many people just use their extension number. Some require the ID to be entered twice if administered on the system parameters form.

111-04-1234-1234

Where
111 = system login fac
04 = the hunt group number
1234 = the ext number
