How do I set up account codes for long distance dialing?
What changes do I have to make and where? FRL? ARS? COS?

When dialing a LD call the PBX checks the FRL of the COR of the phone with the FRL of the route pattern that ARS points to due to the dialed digits. If you have auth codes active and the FRL of the station's COR is below the FRL of the route pattern, you hear stutter dialtone to prompt for an auth code. The switch the checks the FRL of the auth code against the FRL of the route pattern to see if it will allow the call to be completed.
