Hi folks, I was wondering if the following things were possible on a G3si system.
1. Have the attendant console as part of a call center split.
2. Have multiple "night cover" buttons for the attendant console.
Here's a short background - Sales team has one member at the attendant console and would like them to be able to handle
general calls and sales calls from the split. When this person goes on break/lunch they need ALL CALLS (split and general)
to go to the sales split.
I do have some clue how to program and maintain my system but this one I'm not sure if it's possible.
