Definity G3si & Intuity question

1 of my 4000 users gets an audible message when they pick up the phone telling them they have a new vm waiting.
Any Ideas before I blow it all out and rebuild it all.

I take it you have a Tn725B speech card in the switch that is telling the use that,, just go into change station on the switch, not the Audix and there is a sections for the for message waiting notification, the list should contain audible, neon, LED,, just change it there and that should fix it
