I have A Definity G3R with an EPN cabinet that is throwing a POWER alarm. The failures during testing point to the Battery charger and/or batteries. I have replaced both as well as the MAINTENANCE circuit pack TN775B. I have also installed their batteries and charger in our shop and did not get an alarm. I have done a RESET SYSTEM 1 and 2 on their switch and still can not get rid of their alarm. ANy ideas?

I beleive the command is to "test enviroment long clear". If you are not having any errors being logged because of it anymore, See if that will get it for you.

After you replace the batteries it can take several hours for the alarm to clear while the batteries recharge.
