I know this is done, just cant remember where. A user wants to remove the time restriction on her being able to make outside calls. There is a restriction her extension that does not allow calls out after 5 p.m. I recall this setting but not where to manipulate it. COR=8 ,but that not where time can be manipulated. Need a refresher on where this can removed on X8355 for this user, allowing her to call outside after 5 pm.

You are a good teacher....leading me to where I need to go...but not following you here. What does PGN stand for and route patterns directs the calls under COR8 to go to PGN1 = 7 and PGN2 = 7.....HUH?

partition group number 1 - 8 PGN

PGN 8 = Time of day Chart 8 and data in that column is the route pattern

Note the routing plan that is currently in effect. In this example, this plan is
for employees who can make only local calls.
In this example, two partition group numbers (PGN) control Time-of-Day routing:

- PGN 1 begins 1 minute after midnight (00:01) every work day of the week until
  8:00 a.m.
- PGN 2 begins at 8:00 a.m. every work day of the week until 12:00 p.m.
- PGN 1 begins at 12:00 p.m. every work day of the week until 1:00 p.m. (13:00).
- PGN 2 begins at 1:00 p.m. (13:00) every work day of the week until 5:00 p.m.
  (17:00).
- PGN 2 begins at 5:00 p.m. (17:00) every work day of the week until 12:00 a.m.
- PGN 1 is also used all day Saturday and Sunday.
