Good Afternoon.

I am working on a newly acquired PBX and am attempting to get MS-EUM up and running.

Anyway, it’s Definity G3 V9 and I’ve never seen this behavior:
I’m attempting to change the Night Mode extension under “Change Console-Parameters” and I cannot change that field. It has an entry that is invalid. All other fields are able to be changed.

Is there something that locks this field? Its greyed out with a value.

I checked all our other Definity's and this value is blank.

sounds like a feature that you do not have a license for, this is why it is grayed out.

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

It has a value already, I just can't change it.

change station 74476 and remove the "night-serv" button 4
You can only have one of these per system on a station. The rest are on each console.

Thanks @AvayaTier3!

I identified the station that has the button assigned to it. All Night Services have been disabled, yet when I try to make a change to the station that has the button assigned, it tells me I cannot anychanges while in Night Mode.

Strange.

I checked all the Hunt Groups, Trunks and Attendants and Night Mode is not active.

Any ideas?

I busied the station and smoked it. Thanks!

Problem solved!!
