Our users are trying to call out then most of the time get dropped. They here three beeps when dropped (ring back queuing). I found the the Trunk group for the CO is only running 2 of the 10 lines in an active state. Things i have tried are swapping out the TN474 card with another, all 10 where active for awhile then dropped back to 2 again. Rebooted. I put an analog phone on the CO lines, all 10 powered the phone. Can someone please point me in the right direction to get these other lines up?
