I know a little bit about them, but like Brandaris I need more information.
The information displayed on the boards is based on CMS. It will display basically the same info as a vu-disp button on your phone. There is also a computer program that is used to configure the light boards, and you may need to add an additional user to CMS for the light boards.
I have some Supervisors in the Call Center that want to be able to change the message that runs under the ACD information that gets displayed. Currently I make the changes on the CMS Terminal, is there a way to give them the access to change that. I tried the IR hand held remote and you can put a message on there, but it replaces the ACD info, and not the message under that. Any way to give them access?
I had a difficult time getting my remote to work so I finally broke down and gave the supervisors access to the CMS emulator. They seem to be happy with that.
