Definity G3 and audible rings heard

Have 8 hunt-groups of 3 people per group. Looking for the setting that changes the number of rings the "other" 2 people hear that are not on the phone at the time another phone call comes in to that team. The customer hears 4 rings then hold music, the hunt-groups hear 1 ring.

If someone forgets to send calls to voicemail before leaving their desk in a hunt, the call can be abandoned because no notices the phone call when the single ring passes.
 
Hi,

In my opinion you can solve this problem much easier, you can setup RONA (redirect on no answer) in your huntgroup. Just enable RONA and set the proper amount of rings.
Calls will now redirect back to the huntgroup and won't get send to the unstaffed station.
