I'd status out the signal group and trunk-group...
Alarm history is available in display alarms, but doesn't log years. You'd have to drop to the shell for this, I'm unsure what those options look like on R5.

display alarms, display errors, shows history for board, signaling-group, trunks.
list measurements ds1, shows last 24 hours of errored seconds
list measurements ds1 log board
