i have my definity got connected to mux(RAD).i have installed three 747 cards and one ds1 646 card on my definity.this ds1 card listens through RAD to the switch at the other far end whose configuration is as under
Lucent/Excel LNX 2000 TDM Switch (Class 4)
Trunk Direction Outbound
Signaling Type DTMF
Trunk Type E&M
Out Start Dial Wink
the ds1 card at my end is also configured for wink/wink and for incoming connection
when i dial from test phone everything is just running fine and my call is through.
the problem is that when i try to link it through RAD the ds1 card becomed out of service and more on the guy at other end can't wink back through his switch mentioned above
If anybody can help me out it can matter a lot to me.
