Their may be a couple of ways to do what you are trying to do. The first may be using ASA. The second is a program that is called Utilicall. I bought this program about 6 months ago and love it. It lets me store a complete backup of my system configuration on my pc. Very nice product. I think they even have a trial version for free. Look at
I've developed a program that interfaces with the Avaya switches via either IP or dialup. If you let me know exactly what you are looking for I'll see what I can do. It may take awhile since it is a afterwork project. I've got it pulling sys-parms-cust-options, all station data (including buttons), and agentID's. I can dump the agentID's back into CMS dictionary (nice for initial provisioning or sync). This is definitely pre-beta. I dump everything into an Access database so almost anything could be done with it. Can be set up to work on just about any version of definity. Currently ironing out dumping station data back in.

Thanks Mike ,but James what driver you are using to pullup the switch database (informix or some thing else...i im looking for the same utility which can pull up all the configuration pages when we allott a sequence of commands to a switch or any box.
