Definity Audix Time

We have a Definity G3Si R9 with Definity Audix Slim as our voicemail solution. The hard drive recently fried (the power connector to the hard drive actually burned), so we had to rebuild it from scratch. Everything is working fine. I ran “set time” and then chose “synchronize with switch”. It is in the correct time zone (Pacific Standard) and everything. The problem is that if you leave a message at 9 AM PST, the voicemail timestamp on it will say 6 AM PST. I set the clock ahead 3 hours, and everything is fine. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong or what else I should look at?
