I'm very new to Avaya PBXs. We have lost our modem connection to our Definity Audix. I know when you are physically at the Prologix system and have logged in, then you press Control + Enter (on numeric keypad) to change to the Definity Audix system. Is there anyway I can do this remotely from my own pc through terminal emulation? I have tried to duplicate this key combination but I'm unsure what the combination is sending to the system.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

When you are onsite you are connected most likely to a 715 SAT (system administration terminal) that has dual inputs, hence the ability to shift inputs. Remotely you will have to have dial access. I would be inclined to reboot the Audix on site a couple of times, the usual cause for a modem lockout is because the system messages and other issues are hosing up the system. Annie is a good girl, but she needs help taking out the trash every 3 or 4 months.

You are soooooo right phonesrus. LOL
