Definity and Procomm Plus noob

I'm using Procomm Plus 4.8
system : G3siV6 software Version: G3V6i.03.0.223.5
I've read the following thread

and the Function keys are not mapped using 4410 the way it is said that they should be in that thread. I even tried mapping the keys as suggested in that thread.

my question is what am i doing wrong or what am i missing? Help Please

set the terminal type in the procomm config/setup to 4410. log into the switch and select 4410 at the "terminal type" prompt. That's all there is to it.
