Definitions not updating on NT4 server

Hello,

In our domain I have set up symantec anti virus corporate edition and all works fine exept one NT4 server.
This server used to have symantec AV locally installed and now it is incorperated into the ssc as a managed client but the definitions are still old and are not updateing.Ive tried uninstalling at the server and reinstalling, (pushing)the client from the parent server but nothing helps.Ive checked symantecs knowledgebase but i cant find any thing usefull.All other clients are good.

I had a problem where a def update failed to replicate and caused the server to basically become unresponsive. This was on SAV corporate 8.0. I removed SAV and all def files from common files, cleared temp etc and reinstalled. The NT4 server this happened on updates fine since.
