Definition of SetCurrentValue Method

Hi All,

Can someone give me the definition of the SetCurrentValue method of the Parameter (ParameterFields.Item) object? The method has two parameters, the first is obviously the value to be set. I do not know what the second parameter is that is being passed. I assume it is an enumerated constant that represents a datatype. If so, could you please also provide the enumerated constant values?
