We are running TX-Series CICS 5.0.0.4 on HP-UX 11.11.
We have about 15 CICS instances running on this server at any one time.
From time to time, it appears as if one of the regions stops accepting communication from the telnet connection, even though looking at the console log and the server processes, it seems to be active.
Is it possible that we have too many regions running over the one telnet server?
Should we look at (indeed, is it even possible to do) creating a secondary telnet server so that we can split the load?
I don't know if I'm chasing a wild goose or not here, but it's something that I want to rule out as a possibility...
Thanks
Steve
