Defining an administration server after installing

I'm trying to rename some users. The adminp task didn´t seem to work very well, so I've restart it. After that, a message appeared: there is no an administration server for the domino directory.
Is there any way of defining an administration server once the server is installed?

Enter the ACL of the Domino Directory. Go to the Advanced section, and where it says Administration Server, choose the server.
